PerformaFlex XT Amazing 10 x 10 x 10 Warranty
The PerformaFlex XT Amazing Remediation Warranty covers costs associated with replacing an installed pipe, which has a manufacturer’s defect, to a maximum of ten dollars ($10.00) per lineal foot of replaced pipe and a maximum of ten hundred dollars ($1000.00) per property for ten years. This is in addition to foot for foot replacement, as described in the Lifetime Basic Warranty below.
The Amazing Remediation Warranty coverage is for 10 years* from the date of purchase. It applies only to our PerformaFlex XT made with PEX pipes.
Z Supply, LLC may require proof of manufacturer's defect up to and including Z Supply LLC or third party on site inspection and/or return of the product to our factory prior to payment of any warranty claim.
The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Z Supply, LLC expressly disclaims and excludes any liability for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages for breach of any express or implied warranty. A “thaw line” is not indicative of a manufactures defect and is commonly related to other factors such as system design, soil density, moisture content of soil, and burial depth.
While we believe our temperature loss testing to be accurate and representative of real world conditions, temperature loss is expressly not warrantied nor guaranteed, due to the wide disparity in system design and soil conditions.
Damage from shipping or handling of the product prior to or during installation is expressly not covered. CLOSELY INSPECT AND DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED SHIPMENT.
Premium PerformaFlex XT Dealers
- Are not buying PerformaFlex XT at a discount such as truckload pricing.
- Are not buying PerformaFlex XT from a non-Premium source.
- Are not offering an OEM or self-branded product.
PerformaFlex XT Lifetime Basic Warranty
Z Supply warrants PerformaFlex XT to be free from manufacturer's defects. This warranty will replace the original product only. This is an actual foot for foot replacement of PerformaFlex XT with PerformaFlex XT. It covers the original owner for the original installation for the life of the product.
Z Supply, LLC may require proof of manufacturer's defect up to and including Z Supply LLC or third party on site inspection and/or return of the product to our factory prior to payment of any warranty claim.
